•    Analyzed market potential and risk factors to negotiate for the Nintendo Switch port of Dream Tactics, culminating with a successful simultaneous launch on Switch and PC.
•    Revamped the internal key management system for increased clarity and efficiency, resulting in a streamlined distribution process and reducing uncertainty in our supply numbers.
•    Introduced company-wide post-launch retrospectives, identifying key issues encountered during development and how to proactively counter them in future endeavors.
•    Expanded internal documentation on company policy, strategy, and how-to guides to preserve acquired knowledge and expertise for posterity. 
•    Facilitated the transition from Asana to Wrike, including manually translating all existing tasks and workflows and generating team buy-in, resulting in strengthened task management system and a sturdier set of protections against tasks falling behind schedule.
